Key Responsibilities

1) Handle a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholders' arrangements
2) Conduct and lead due diligence exercises and support transaction execution
3) Draft and review corporate and commercial agreements, as well as transaction documents
4) Be involved in capital markets and corporate advisory work, where relevant
5) Manage and supervise a small team of 2-3 lawyers/paralegals
6) Liaise with clients, regulators, and external parties where required
7) Provide strategic and practical legal advice to clients on corporate matters

Key Requirements

1) 6- 10 years PQE in corporate / commercial practice
2) Strong experience in M&A, due diligence, and corporate drafting
3) Able to work independently with minimal supervision
4) Experience in mentoring or leading juniors is preferred
5) Good commercial awareness and client management skills
6) Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage but not mandatory
