-Manage litigation matters from inception to completion, including strategy development and execution
-Conduct and/or assist in full trial proceedings, including examination and cross-examination of witnesses
-Attend court for case managements, interlocutory applications, hearings, and appeals
-Draft pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, and legal opinions
-Advise clients on legal risks, case strategy, and settlement options

-Good academic results from a well regarded university.
-4 to 10 PQE litigation relevant experience is preferably
-Proven experience handling matters independently
-Prior exposure to trial work is highly preferred
-Strong verbal and drafting skills in English.
-Possess an outgoing personality and leadership qualities.
-Clear demonstration of ability to work in a team and displays leadership skills.
-A team player who is committed and leadership qualities.
-Willing to travel.
