Role Overview
The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner level lawyer with strong subsale conveyancing experience to anchor and lead the conveyancing work at JB office. This role is ideal for a mature practitioner who enjoys hands on legal work while also mentoring juniors and contributing to office stability and growth.

The position is flexible and open to discussion. The successful candidate may join as a Senior Associate or Partner, depending on experience, seniority, and long term alignment with the firm.

1) Handle sub-sale conveyancing matters independently (end-to-end)

2) Supervise and guide junior lawyers and clerks

3) Review junior work and ensure quality and compliance

4) Liaise with clients, banks, agents, developers and authorities

5) Act as a senior point of reference within the JB office

1) 6 to 15 years PQE (flexible if technically strong)

2) Solid, hands-on experience in sub-sale conveyancing

3) Comfortable supervising junior lawyers and clerks

4) Malaysian-qualified Advocate & Solicitor

5) Mandarin-speaking would be an advantage
