- Provide broad legal support for business activities across Southeast Asia, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal documentation

- Advise and lead on day-to-day legal matters affecting the business

- Support and champion compliance with internal policies, external laws, and statutory requirements

- Prepare, maintain, and update precedent legal documentation

- Monitor legislation and regulatory developments relevant to the company's operations and products

- Interpret regulations and policies and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders

- Identify opportunities to enhance legal frameworks and promote consistency in legal approaches across the organisation

- Qualified lawyer based in Malaysia with 5-10 years' post-qualification experience from a reputable law firm

- Strong exposure to corporate and commercial matters; experience in technology, data protection, and regulatory issues is advantageous

- Prior in-house and regional experience is highly desirable

- Strong technical skills and solid understanding of corporate law

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial acumen

- Hard-working, proactive, and motivated individual capable of managing multiple stakeholders and projects

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
