Our client is one of the largest law firms in Singapore with regional presence in Asia.

They are looking to hire junior to mid-level Associates to join their Banking & Finance Practice in their Singapore office.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a well-established law firm focusing on providing legal advice to domestic and international banks and other financial institutions, as well as their clients on a wide variety of instruments and cross-border transactions.

The role involves exposure to all forms of banking and finance work, with an emphasis in working with aviation clients-particularly in areas such as aircraft acquisition and aviation-related infrastructure. Candidates with experience in corporate banking, trade finance, project and structured finance, green and sustainable finance, Islamic banking, and debt capital markets will be a key advantage.

The scope of duties is not limited to the areas listed and may include additional tasks as required to meet evolving client and industry needs.
-3 to 10 years' PQE lawyer.
-Relevant experience in banking & finance work.
-Good grounding in legal knowledge and skills.
-Works well in a team as well as independently.
-Possesses initiative, drive and commercial acumen.
-Good communication skills.
