- Experience in conveyancing and can handle end-to-end conveyancing transactions and drafting/ reviewing related agreements for sub-sale, developer project sale, perfection of transfer, and probate matter.
- Experience in banking and can handle loan matters (including loan for sub-sale and/or project matter) and refinancing.
- Have knowledge in corporate commercial area and experience in conducting due diligence exercise and drafting simple corporate agreements.
- To liaise, attend and communicate with clients, bankers, and various government agencies.
- Ensure timely completion of transactions and compliance with all statutory requirements.

- Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in conveyancing or corporate practice.
- Well knowledge in Corporate Law and Conveyancing Law.
- Competent in drafting agreement and legal research.
- Able to work independently and handle pressure well.
- Solution oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Diligent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take on new challenges.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Having the ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an advantage.
