Key Responsibilities:

1)Advise on complex projects and infrastructure transactions, including project structuring, concession agreements, construction, operation, and financing of large-scale developments.
2)Act for financial institutions and borrowers in corporate and real estate financing, including project, end-financing, Islamic and conventional facilities, and security documentation.
3)Handle corporate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, joint ventures, and development projects across commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and data centre assets.
4)Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring, including due diligence, share and asset purchase agreements, and group rationalisation exercises.
5)Liaise with government agencies and regulatory authorities for project approvals, licenses, and compliance matters.
6)Lead negotiations, draft, and review a wide range of commercial contracts and transaction documents.
7)Manage multiple client portfolios independently, ensuring delivery of timely and practical legal solutions.
8)Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, contributing to training and professional development.
Requirements:

1)Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
2)Minimum 5-12 years of post-qualification experience in relevant practice areas, particularly projects and infrastructure, banking and finance, corporate real estate, and mergers & acquisitions.
3)Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage transactions independently.
4)Excellent communication, client management, and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to deliver practical legal solutions.
