1. Handle Litigation & Dispute Resolution matters:
- You will be working on legal disputes, both in court (litigation) and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (e.g., arbitration).

2. Draft legal documents and perform legal research:
- Strong drafting and analytical skills are required to prepare legal opinions, court submissions, contracts, etc.

3. Work independently and in a team:
- Manage cases on your own but also collaborate with others, including partners and colleagues.

4. Engage in a variety of contentious legal work:
Areas include:
- Commercial litigation
- International arbitration
- Corporate disputes
- Restructuring & insolvency
- Employment disputes
- Tax issues
- Fraud & asset recovery

5. Commit to professional growth:
- Show interest in developing your litigation and dispute resolution skills further.

6. Receive direct mentorship and guidance:
- Work under experienced partners and gain hands-on legal exposure.

- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) - this is required.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Education: Law degree with minimum second-class upper honours (2:1) or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Admission: Admitted (or awaiting admission) as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
- Skills: Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle complex litigation matters effectively.
- Personal Attributes: Independent, yet collaborative, keen interest in contentious legal work, committed to professional and legal development
