You will work on a broad range of cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, including:
-M&A and joint ventures
-Foreign investment structures
-Corporate advisory matters for multinational clients
-Regional deals across ASEAN
-Qualified lawyer with 3to8 years PQE in corporate/commercial law
-Strong experience in M&A, corporate advisory, and cross-border transactions
-Excellent drafting and communication skills in English
-Regional exposure and ability to work in an international environment
