Key Responsibilities:

1) Provide legal advice on commercial drafting, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and other corporate commercial matters.
2) Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents.
3) Advise clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.

Requirements:

1) Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate commercial law.
2) Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
3) Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
