Legal Support for Technology Solutions:

1)Conduct thorough legal risk assessments for commercializing technology solutions internationally, and provide practical solutions based on market experience.

2)Draft and negotiate legal documents, including product agreements, sales agreements and partnership agreements.

3)Prepare and enhance standardized agreements for products.

4)Work closely with internal teams, including compliance, data privacy, and AML teams, to develop and implement risk mitigation measures.

5)Collaborate with internal control, finance, and product departments to create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

6) Proactively observe market trends and industry practices and advise on risk tolerance levels and provide strategic risk mitigation advice.

Key Job Requirements

1)Bachelor�s degree or higher in Law is required.

2)Preferably with legal education from a common law jurisdiction, such as UK, US and Australia.

3)Additional qualifications in computer science or related fields are a plus.

4)Fluency in English and Chinese is required. Capable of conducting internal and external communications, participating in negotiations, and drafting agreements in both languages.

5)Minimum of 6 years of experience in law firms, renowned technology companies or internet companies.

6) Familiarity with legal issues in cutting-edge technology areas such as SaaS products, software deployment, intellectual property and open-source software.

7) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent project management abilities.

8) Proactive and strong interest to learn, especially in technology matters.

9) Occasional travel required.
