1) Handle loan documentation for sub-sale property

2) Liaise with clients, bankers, agents and relevant

3) Review and verify legal documents related to property transactions

4) Manage timelines and follow up on status of documents, signing, and submission

5) Maintain proper documentation and file management for all conveyancing files
1) LLB (Hons) and completed pupillage (chambering)

2) 0 to 1 PQE (candidates with no PQE must have hands-on experience in sub-sale conveyancing during chambering

3) Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)

4) Fluency in Mandarin is preferred

5) Strong interest in conveyancing practice, particularly sub-sale transactions
