1) Assist lawyers in preparing and reviewing corporate and commercial loan documentation.
2) Liaise with banks, financial institutions, clients, and company secretaries regarding corporate loan matters.
3) Perform legal research and prepare summaries or opinions related to financing, regulatory and compliance issues.
4) Track, manage and maintain accurate case files and document records.
5) Support end-to-end transaction processes, from initial instructions to completion and post-completion matters.

1) Minimum Diploma in Law, LL.B, or equivalent qualification.
2) At least 1 to 5 years of experience in a legal firm, ideally in corporate banking, finance or conveyancing.
3) Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
4) Confident communicator, capable of liaising with clients, banks and internal stakeholders.
