Role Overview
As a Legal Manager, (Conveyancing) you will oversee conveyancing operations at your assigned branch, support partners on strategic matters, and manage client engagement activities. This role blends operational leadership with active conveyancing work, ideal for senior conveyancing clerks or executives looking to move up.

Hiring Locations
1) Penang
2) Johor Bahru
3) Petaling Jaya
4) Kuala Lumpur (upcoming branch)

Key Responsibilities
1) Oversee a team of conveyancing clerks handling commercial loan files
2) Independently manage files for developer projects, sub-sales and commercial property
3) Handle S&P agreements, tenancy agreements and loan documentation
4) Liaise with clients, bankers, land offices and developers
5) Provide support in marketing and sales meetings with the Partner
6) Build and lead the conveyancing team
1) Minimum 10 years' experience in conveyancing (especially commercial loans)
2) Strong exposure to developer projects, banking transactions, and land matters
3) Mandarin proficiency is an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
4) Familiarity with commercial loan documentation
5) Leadership qualities and a hands-on mindset to grow with the firm
