1) Draft, review and manage SPA and loan documents for developer-led property projects.

2) Liaise with property developers, purchasers, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth completion of conveyancing matters.

3) Attend property launches and signing appointments, occasionally on weekends, as required.

4) Ensure all documentation complies with statutory and regulatory requirements.

5) Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates to clients and developers.

1) LLB (Hons) from a recognized university and admitted to the Malaysian Bar.

2) 2 to 8 years of working experience in conveyancing, particularly in developer project work.

3) Strong understanding of SPA and loan processes in property transactions.

4) Willingness to attend launches or signings during weekends when necessary.

5) Able to manage tight deadlines and multitask efficiently.

6) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
