- Act as lead or supporting counsel in construction dispute matters, including arbitration, adjudication, litigation, and mediation.
- Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, expert reports, submissions, and other legal documentation relevant to construction disputes.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic, well-reasoned advice to clients on complex construction and infrastructure-related legal issues.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and expert witnesses in managing and preparing for hearings or dispute resolution processes.
- Manage caseloads independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work standards.

- PQE - 4 - 7 years post qualification experience.
- Work experience in law firms on construction disputes; candidates with experience in arbitration, adjudication are encouraged to apply.
- Good research, drafting and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and with a good working attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to convey complex legal issues clearly and effectively.
