Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ethics & Compliance Manager (ECM) to develop, implement, and oversee a robust global compliance program. This role ensures adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and corporate ethical standards, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations. The ECM will drive a culture of integrity while mitigating risks and safeguarding the organization�s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Investigations & Reporting: Lead impartial investigations into policy violations, fraud, or misconduct, and present findings to leadership.
2)Policy Development & Implementation: Create and enforce company-wide policies on ethics, compliance, and integrity, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
3)Compliance Monitoring & Audits: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits, collaborating with internal teams to address gaps.
4)Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to promote ethical behavior and regulatory awareness.
5)Whistleblower Program: Manage and protect the integrity of internal reporting channels.
6)Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks, particularly in manufacturing environments.
7)Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Legal, HR, Operations, and external advisors to align compliance strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
1)Strong knowledge of anti-corruption laws, labor regulations (Employment Act, OSHA), and data privacy (PDPA).
2)Experience in compliance audits, investigations, and risk management, preferably in manufacturing or regulated industries.
3)Proven ability to influence leadership and drive cultural change.
4)Excellent communication and training skills.
