- Responsibility across the full spectrum of business development and marketing activities for various practice groups (preparing and producing events, proposals, marketing collaterals, directory submissions and significant ad-hoc projects.
- Coordinate deal/matter collection and reporting on a monthly basis
- Plan and manage events, including client training and seminars and sponsorship
- Assist in the coordination and preparation for events.
- Assist the partners in developing new business through pitching.
- Provide strategic/creative advice to partners
- Assist in the coordination/distribution of client invitations, alerts & newsletters etc.
- Maintain firm profile and other centralized promotional materials
- Coordinate, format and disseminate relevant client alerts on an ad-hoc basis.
- Maintaining a record of articles submitted to various internal and external publications.

- 2 to 5 years of work experience in a marketing, business development, mass communication, PR or legal role.
- Degree, preferably in communications/marketing/business/law or related fields.
- Lawyer who is keen to cease practice and venture into this role is encouraged to apply.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Eye for detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Interest in the legal industry and professional services.
