- Responsibility across the full spectrum of business development and marketing activities for various practice groups (preparing and producing events, proposals, marketing collaterals, directory submissions and significant ad-hoc projects.)
- Coordinate deal/matter collection and reporting on a monthly basis
- Plan and manage events, including client training and seminars and sponsorship
- Assist in the coordination and preparation for events.
- Assist the partners in developing new business through pitching.
- Provide strategic/creative advice to partners
- Assist in the coordination/distribution of client invitations, alerts & newsletters etc.
- Maintain firm profile and other centralized promotional materials
- Coordinate, format and disseminate relevant client alerts on an ad-hoc basis.
- Maintaining a record of articles submitted to various internal and external publications.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience. But fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.
- Degree, preferably in communications/marketing/business/law or one of the humanities.
- Previous relevant experience in a professional services or client service role, e.g., communications agency, PR and events, or advertising an advantage.
- Administrative experience is an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language; any copywriting experience an advantage
- Ability to juggle a busy and varied workload, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Lateral thinking and the ability to overcome obstacles
- Sense of humour and can-do attitude
- Creativity and initiative; the ability to work independently
- Dynamism and great all-around communication skills
- Interest in business
