1. Based on the company's global business and strategy, formulate a forward-looking compliance strategy, keep pace with changes in the international compliance environment, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to ensure business sustainability and competitiveness.

2. Build and improve international compliance systems in export control, data protection and other fields, and establish risk identification and assessment mechanisms to keep compliance risks within acceptable limits.

3. Provide compliance support to multinational businesses throughout the entire process, supervise overseas branches and partners, and ensure the consistent and stable global compliance operations of the company.

4. Address global cross-border compliance incidents, build crisis warning and contingency plans, mitigate negative impacts, and protect the company's reputation.

5. Promote the cultural development of international compliance, train compliance team, improve compliance awareness and quality of employees, and provide personnel for compliance management.

1. Master degree or above in law from domestic or foreign universities, Doctor of Law or overseas LLM or JD degree is preferred, fluent English can be used as working language.

2. 13 years or more experience in legal compliance.

3. Has strategic, holistic and forward-looking thinking, strong leadership, team management and communication and coordination skills, good problem solving, response and decision making, strong responsibility and good conduct, and a strong spirit of learning and innovation.
