We are seeking a Senior Associate with expertise in construction law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex construction-related legal matters and successfully representing clients in High Court trials. Key Responsibilities:

1) Provide legal advice and representation in construction law matters.

2) Manage and conduct legal proceedings, including trials, negotiations, and settlements.

3) Handle high-stakes construction disputes and litigation.

4) Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.

5) Conduct legal research and stay updated on construction law developments.

6) Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Requirements:

1) At least 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in construction law.

2) Proven experience in managing and successfully completing High Court trials.

3) Strong cross-examination skills.

4) Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

5) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
