- Contract Management: Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, covering both existing and new corporate and commercial projects, products, and services.

- Regulatory Compliance & Advisory: Monitor and advise on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and regulatory rulings.

- Risk Management & Legal Solutions: Identify and address legal risks, providing practical and strategic solutions aligned with the group�s business strategy and operations.

- Litigation Management: Oversee and manage litigation and dispute resolution matters, working closely with external counsel to develop strategies that protect the group's interests.

- Regulatory Filings & Documentation: Co-ordinating with external corporate secretary with the preparation, submission, and filing of statutory forms, documents, resolutions, and announcements with relevant authorities.
- LL.B., with preferably two (2) to four (4) years and above experience in general corporate work (i.e. mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions) gained at a legal firm. Pupillage experience is considered.

- Strong team working skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and stay organized. Must be a self-starter who can work independently while fostering collaboration.

- Strong critical thinking, analytical, reasoning, negotiation, and legal research skills to develop practical and innovative solutions, while effectively partnering with different stakeholders on execution.

- Meticulous and quick learner with the ability to grasp complex legal and business concepts efficiently

- Able to provide clear, concise, and well-structured reports to support decision making.

- Mandarin fluency is preferred.
