Key Responsibilities:

-Advise on legal matters and conduct contract reviews concerning debt capital markets and stockbroking transactions.
-Provide legal expertise and assess contractual agreements within the debt capital markets and derivatives sector.
Key Qualifications:

-A legal professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in DCM, stockbroking, or derivatives.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic financial environment while liaising with senior stakeholders.
