- Responsible for legal due diligence, legal risk identification and prevention of investment and M&A projects, as well as transaction structure design of investment, M&A, joint ventures, restructuring, asset (equity) disposal and other projects.
- Responsible for the preparation and review of relevant legal documents for investment and M&A projects, as well as transaction negotiations.
- Responsible for legal affairs related to post-investment management of investment and M&A projects.
- Responsible for coordinating and managing internal and external legal resources related to investment projects.
- Handle and follow up other legal issues related to investment and M&A projects.
- Other maters assigned by the company.

- Master degree or above in law-related majors; those with overseas study background or MBA degree are preferred.
- More than 13 years of professional work experience in large enterprise groups, multinational companies or well-known law firms, proficient in corporate law, corporate listing, restructuring, investment, financing and M&A related laws and policies, with actual cases and experience in investment, financing and M&A projects, as well as experience in post-delivery integration of related legal affairs, and related project management experience.
- Outgoing, proactive, good self-learning and coordination and communication skills; strong stress resistance.
- Possess Chinese legal professional qualification; priority is given to those who also have lawyer qualifications from other countries or regions.
- English can be used as a working language
