- Handling complex conveyancing & corporate matters in Malacca and other parts in southern region.
- Prepare, review, and amend agreements.
- Liaise with clients to provide legal advice and solutions for both conveyancing and corporate matters.
- Conduct legal research to ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring excellent service and communication.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions.

- Strong knowledge in conveyancing and corporate law.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and transactions simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to clients and resolve complex legal issues.
- Strong research skills to stay updated on the latest legal developments and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
