The candidates will work closely with all members of the International Privacy team as well as internal stakeholders and take a collaborative approach to ensure that their Group companies' privacy law compliance. - Assist their Privacy Counsels around the globe on all Privacy related matters.
- Assist on privacy compliance project such as internal privacy compliance; preparing TIA, DPIA, PIA, Gating questionnaire and any other documentations required.
- Work in a muti-cultural environment, being demanded to interact with internal stakeholders across the entire globe.
- Assist with key privacy matters impacting the business across the APAC region, including working closely with subject matter experts in legal, compliance and AML.
- Any law degree with 1-3 years legal experience post-graduation.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and digest complex issues.
- Strong sense of ownership for supporting business' commercial objectives and goal-driven
- Interest in actively following business and technological developments relating to the global payment and fintech industry.
- Ability to work autonomously with the supervision of senior members of the team.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
