1) Draft, review, and negotiate loan documentation for commercial, SME, and business financing transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
2) Advise clients on the legal aspects of financing arrangements, including terms, conditions, and security documentation.
3) Provide comprehensive support in structuring and executing financing transactions, including term loans, and trade financing.
4) Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.
5) Monitor and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.

1) Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) and admission to the Malaysian Bar.
2) 3 - 5 years of PQE in banking and finance, specifically in commercial, SME, or business loans.
3) Strong understanding of financing structures, loan documentation, and security arrangements.
4) Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
5) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
