- Monitor and manage campaign budgets to avoid overruns and suggest adjustments.

Issue, track, and process invoices and payments while resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely transactions.

Present financial summaries with context for approvals and maintain organized, compliant financial records for audits.

Liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing clear financial updates and actionable recommendations.

(1) Educational and Technical Proficiency
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with expertise in accounting software (e.g., Core Matter) and spreadsheets.
- Strong knowledge of financial practices specific to law firms, including client trust accounting and compliance with legal billing standards.

- Strong data analysis abilities, trend identification, and creative problem-solving to address financial challenges unique to the legal sector.

(3) Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Clear and concise communication for internal teams, clients, and vendors, with a focus on presenting financial data effectively to legal professionals who may not have financial expertise.

(4) Organizational and Detail Orientation
Meticulous attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and effective management of multiple deadlines, ensuring alignment with law firm standards and regulations.
