Key Responsibilities:

1) Provide legal advice and representation on M&A and corporate commercial matters.
2) Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents.
3) Establish, oversee, and maintain various trust structures, ensuring compliance with legal and governance standards while monitoring asset performance and providing regular beneficiary reports.
4)Provide strategic advice to Labuan companies and entities on regulatory compliance, tax incentives, operational structuring, and licensing requirements to ensure efficient and lawful operations within Labuan's financial ecosystem.
5)Advise clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
6) Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
7)Engage in business development activities to expand the firm�s client base, including leveraging your existing client network.

Requirements:

1) Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in corporate commercial law.
2) Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
3) Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Preferably possesses a portable book of business or an established network of clients, but not mandatory.
6) Willingness and drive to engage in business development activities.
