Responsibilities
-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Corporate Legal team, including managing the execution and notarization of legal documents, and maintaining accurate and secure records of legal and corporate materials.
-Assist the corporate secretary in managing board meetings, including scheduling, coordinating with internal teams and directors, and preparing necessary materials.
-Draft simple legal documents such as secretary�s certificates and directors' certificates, and accurately transcribe minutes of board meetings.
-Oversee and manage regulatory accounts (e.g., SEC accounts like eFast and eAmend) and ensure timely submission of compliance reports such as GIS and AFS.
-Maintain well-organized online and physical archives of legal documents and corporate records.
-Communicate effectively with internal teams, external corporate secretaries, and regulatory authorities to facilitate the preparation and submission of corporate documents.
-Support legal operations by collaborating with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
-Process and manage invoices and payments related to legal and regulatory requirements.
-Manage service email accounts and provide timely responses to relevant queries.
-Perform other legal and administrative tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements
-Bachelor�s degree in Law and a qualified lawyer in the Philippines.
-3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience handling corporate matters, preferably in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team, -ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
-Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.
-Excellent legal and commercial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
-Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and deliver results with high efficiency and professionalism.
