Key Responsibilities:

1) Provide expert legal advice and representation on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and other corporate commercial matters.
2) Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents.
3) Advise clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
4) Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
5)Engage in business development activities to expand the firm�s client base, including leveraging your existing client network.

Requirements:

1) Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in M&A and corporate commercial law.
2) Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
3) Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Preferably possesses a portable book of business or an established network of clients.
6) Willingness and drive to engage in business development activities.
