- To assist in handling all conveyancing matters such as preparing sub-sale, loan and other conveyancing files until completion.
- To assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
- Attending to clients, correspondences, prepare status report and other types of work assigned by the firm / company from time to time.
- Possess Bachelor's Degree of Law (LLB) with a valid Practicing Certificate
- 1 to 3 PQE in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentations
- Good verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage time well and ability to meet deadline
- Attention to detail
- Willing to learn
- Possess own transportation
