-Specialize in handling commercial loan transactions, including drafting and reviewing loan agreements and related documents.
-Manage the end-to-end process of commercial loan financing, from initial negotiations to completion.
-Provide legal advice to clients on commercial loan matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
-Liaise with financial institutions, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan transactions.
-Prepare status reports, attend to client queries, and perform tasks assigned by the firm as needed.

-Bachelors in Law (LLB) with a valid practicing certificate.
-2-4 PQE in conveyancing expertise in commercial loan preferably within a legal firm.
-Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin language.
-Strong knowledge of loan documentation, financial regulations, and legal compliance.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse clients and stakeholders.
