Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-day servicing of clients� portfolio in respect of renewal, retention & development of business, including supporting company/client events.
2. Efficient & timely management of all new and renewal business by due date.
3. Secure competitive terms/quotes for new & renewal business and ensure that the placement of (re)insurance is in accordance with Lockton strategy.
4. Maintenance of accurate records, especially policy documentation, in accordance with Lockton process, i.e. electronic filing and where necessary hardcopies.
5. Contribute ideas and propose articles, guidelines or tools towards risk management.
6. Assist and support in the delivery of risk management tools including conducting talks for lawyers, doctors and architects.
7. Preparation of all market and client documentation including RI documentation in accordance with Labuan regulation & Lockton standards.
8. Process invoice/billing entries in accordance with Lockton standards.
9. To embrace the spirit of teamwork & support team members.
10. Manage and resolve all queries in a prompt, accurate & effective manner ensuring guidance is sought where necessary.
11. Ensure accuracy in all documentation prior to issuance.
12. Able to maintain high degree of confidentiality.
Other related duties that may arise
13. Assist the team and Manager with the development and implementation of internal processes & procedures.
14. Train and/or assist with the training of team members.

Requirements
Key Qualification and Experience
1. Minimum degree holder, in Law, Finance, Insurance or any related discipline.
2. Experience in risk management, broking, insurance and insurance claims.
3. Able to build and maintain good business relationships with clients & insurance market.
4. Has a good understanding of legal & general principles of insurance.
5. Able to identify developmental needs for Associates and provide suggestions to management.
6. Possesses proper computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
7. To know when to involve seniors.
