About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Banking & Finance Associate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, project finance, asset finance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
1)Provide legal advice on complex banking and finance transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and related finance documentation.
2)Manage banking and finance transactions from inception to completion, ensuring that all legal aspects are properly addressed and deadlines are met.
3)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with strategic advice and insights on banking and finance issues.
4)Ensure that all banking and finance transactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Qualifications:
1) Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in banking and finance law.
2) Strong knowledge of banking and finance regulations.
3) Proven experience in handling a variety of banking and finance transactions.
4) Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
5) Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
