Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our client's dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in drafting and negotiating a broad spectrum of commercial agreements and will be proficient in handling various aspects of corporate commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to:
-Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) for the purchase of land, Shareholders Agreements, Share Sale Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Service Agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice on commercial transactions and business operations.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments for commercial deals.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth and successful negotiations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and at various legal proceedings as needed.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and other legal professionals.
Key Qualifications:

1) A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate commercial law.
2) Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
3) Proven experience with sale and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, share sale agreements, joint ventures, and collaboration agreements.
4)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5)Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
