Our client is an international e-commerce company . They are looking to hire legal counsel with employment law experience for 6 months to support their global business teams based overseas.

- 6 months contract with the view of extending another 3 months subject to mutual agreement (between contractor and Lazada)
- Supporting employment law related matters for businesses in APAC 70% and Europe 30% regions
- Advice and manage Southeast Asian employment disputes, localization of policies for the group, coordination with external counsel on ad hoc matters
- Bachelor or above degree in law from England, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia or similar common law jurisdiction.
- 3 to 4 PQE with employment law experience
- Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is preferred
