Responsibilities
The Dispute Resolution Secretary will be responsible for various tasks such as preparing cause papers, filing of cause papers, managing the files and diaries, providing assistance to Associates, and other secretarial tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Dispute Resolution Secretary
- Knowledge of law and legal procedures
- Experience in legal document preparation and drafting
- Proficiency in clerical skills and administrative support
- Excellent diary management skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience as a legal secretary is a plus
- Legal/secretarial certifications or qualifications are beneficial
