-Oversee and manage all conveyancing transactions, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating subsale sale and purchase agreements, subsale loan agreements, and other property-related legal documents.
-Actively bring in new clients while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, real estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders.
-Provide clients with legal advice and support on all aspects of property law.
-Ensure compliance with Malaysian property laws and regulations in all conveyancing procedures.
-Lead the establishment of a new branch, including proposing the location and developing operational procedures.
-Manage and mentor a team of conveyancers and support staff, offering guidance and professional development.
-Stay updated on changes in property law and conveyancing practices to ensure the firm's compliance and competitiveness.
-Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution related to property transactions.

-Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and a valid practising certificate in Malaysia.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing or property law, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
-In-depth knowledge of Malaysian property laws and regulations.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Proven ability to consistently bring in new files and manage clients.
