Professional Qualification
- Enhancement of Corporate Governance
- Assist in organising meetings with stakeholders, and minutes drafting
- Assist in handling and preparing of company secretarial documents
- Update and maintain proper corporate records as well as database
- Handle KYC requests or other company secretarial duties
- Handle ad hoc assignments when necessary
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience
- Graduate or Associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration (MAICSA)
- Degree in the field of company law, company secretarial practice, management, business administration or accounting
- Positive, meticulous, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proficient in using MS office and Chinese word processing
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
