1. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising business contracts; in charge of drafting and reviewing various legal documents and other normative files for the company.

2. Provide legal consultations, risk assessments, and compliance reviews for the company day-to-day operations and significant decisions, identifying risks and proposing avoidance strategies.

3. Participate in negotiations, mediations, litigations, and arbitration activities related to the company's legal affairs.

4. Manage the company's litigation cases and intellectual property protection-related matters; participate in handling contract disputes and receivables.

5. Keep track of changes in regulatory policies and participate in the design of product risk control processes.

6. Manage all types of contracts for the company and conduct training and dissemination of legal knowledge within the company.

1. Bachelor's degree in law with over 4 years of experience in corporate practice or in-house legal role will be preferred. Candidate with fintech experience has added advantage but not a must.

2. Possess a legal professional qualification certificate and have fluent Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

3. Have strong legal writing skills.

4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, be meticulous in thinking, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, and have excellent moral conduct.
