Our client is a UK law firm and winner of multiple awards as a legal pioneer, is in a period of high growth with a rapidly expanding international client base. They are looking for Legal Advisors (0-3pqe, with a strong commercial contracts interest and experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts) - to join their commercial contracts team supporting APAC timezone clients.

- work on client account teams to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts of varying degrees of complexity against tight timeframes
- draft bespoke provisions where clients have particular needs
- deliver improvement projects and demonstrate to the clients
- in time, take over management of client accounts and take the lead in ensuring successful and continuously improving delivery
- 0-3 years of post-admission experience, either within a law firm or in-house
- experience in working on the creation of commercial contracts such as NDAs, supply of goods and services, sales and licensing agreements
- good English
