- Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Preparation and facilitate corporate legal matters
- Provide legal advice on issues that arose from operations to the Management and assess the impact of such issues on business
- Liaise with external solicitors for advice and representation (if any)
- Participate in private and government project tender activities
- Assist directors and managers on all other aspects

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B)
- Admitted to the bar
- At least 5 years of experience in legal practice and/or in-house
- Familiar with Malaysia law and Singapore law
