-to review, draft and negotiate various commercial contracts especially contracts relating to e-commerce business
-to provide legal advice to issues arising from daily business operations including legal and compliance-related issues
-to provide a full spectrum of in-house legal support to different business units
-any other task assigned by management from time to time
- at least a Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate law, contract review and drafting.
-Strong understanding of contract law principles and legal terminology.
-Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
