-Provide assistance and support to directors and/or top management in various projects, corporate affairs and operational-related works.

-Act as the right-hand man to the CEO and COO, providing advice and support in making strategic business decisions.

- Working closely with external consultants to ensure the group of companies operates in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and policies and relevant legal requirements stipulated by the relevant authorities in the industry.

- To review, advise and negotiate contracts that relate to the daily business of the company.

- Review, and recommend policies, procedures or guidelines for the Company and/or its respective business units to ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.

- Liaise with external law firms, consultants and regulators if need be.

- Provide training to staff on legal, compliance and corporate governance-related matters.

- Performing regular internal audits to ensure the group of companies are in compliance with laws and regulations.

- Providing confidential personal assistance to the Directors, including composing and preparing correspondences, reports, and memorandums.

-Maintaining strict confidentiality, and interacting professionally with all levels of management, staff, clients, government departments, and business associates.

-Managing projects, meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, travel arrangements, and handling private and confidential matters.

- Any other task assigned by management from time to time.

-Travel for business meetings and/or events.

-Complete a bachelor's degree in business, law, legal management, or a related field.

-Prior experience in legal, risk management or compliance roles is preferred but not mandatory.

-Must be a strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both in speaking and in writing.

-Preferable Mandarin-speaking candidate as liaison with Mandarin-speaking customers.

- willing to travel for business.
