- To assist SPA / Loan Agreement and other documents related to conveyancing matters as instructed from time to time.
- To assist various portfolio of works (Corporate due diligence & Conveyancing matters)
- Liaising and attending to clients, bankers, and various government agencies.
- Good time management to meet tight timelines
- 1 - 2 years related experience will be preferable.

- Post Qualification Experience (more than 1 year)
- Basic working knowledge in Corporate Law and Conveyancing Law
- Able to comply with instruction, handle pressure well & good team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Diligent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take on new challenges
- Hardworking
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
