- Be the client facing point of contact for data review services
- Implement Deloitte global standards by leveraging documentation, review protocols, status reports, training guides and review workflows
- Manage day-to-day operations of the review team, including reviewer hiring
- Act as liaison between project teams and client teams, communicating updates and reporting findings clearly and professionally
- Oversee all aspects of data review projects, from pre-review setup, to QC of review and through to project close
- Provide feedback and guide the review team to deliver industry leading speed and accuracy
- Track and monitor review teams� progress, manage workload balancing, ensure proper resourcing for all incoming review projects and prepare internal progress reports
- Identify and implement process improvement to continuously increase operational efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Help clients understand and leverage review platforms and AI technology
- Deploy custom workflows to reduce costs and enhance speed-to-evidence
- Deliver exceptional review results for clients
- Assist Deloitte in sales campaigns in the local market

- Legal professional with 5-6 years� experience as a litigation or investigation lawyer, in-house or in a law firm
- Possess a practicing certificate in at least one jurisdiction
- Strong understanding of privilege and work product issues, and be well-versed in the applicable rules and case law governing such issues
- Ability to present complex technical details in plain language to instill confidence in clients
- Ability to independently problem solve and have a strategic mindset
- People manager who develops team members and enables them to become more effective and take on more significant responsibilities
- Ability to thrive and manage multiple projects at a given time
- Experience leading or being part of data review teams
- Knowledge of review platforms such as Relativity
- Understanding or interest in AI capabilities and applications
- Fluent in English, Malay and preferably Mandarin
