Our client, a boutique law firm, is actively seeking a Senior Associate to enhance their legal team. The ideal candidate should bring significant experience in areas including litigation, employment law advisory, and corporate and commercial contract drafting.

-Manage and represent the company's clients in various litigation matters, this includes conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing strategic legal advice.
-Advice on employment law matters.
-Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of corporate & commercial contracts. or documents.

- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
-Experience as a practising lawyer, preferably with a focus on general litigation but with a strong knowledge of employment law, and corporate & commercial contracts.




This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
