-To advise clients/banks/financial institutions on syndicated/corporate/commercial loan matters.

-To draft, review and negotiate syndicated/corporate/commercial loan documentation independently without supervision.

-To develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

-To work on expanding the bank's corporate client base.

-To attend meetings with clients as and when necessary.


- At least 8 PQE in corporate banking practice.

- Able to independently draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial loan-related contracts and documentation for example, syndicated loans, debt restructuring, mortgage, and SME/corporate loans.

- Has a strong interest in business development-related activities and building new clientele for the firm.



This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
