- To handle or assist in handling the preparation of SPA for sub-sales, security documentation for banking facilities/loans as well as all incidental matters until completion.

- Attending meetings with clients, authorities, correspondences and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time.

- All other tasks to be assigned by Partners from time to time.

- 0-5 PQE in conveyancing practice.

- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Candidate who can converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred.
